NSB were exploring expansion into other travel types and services, they wanted a company that could be both corporate and friendly while also talking to the consumer on a more exciting level.
Entur AS was created and will deliver services that make it easy to plan, compare and buy seamless travel across all public transport operators in Norway, such as bus, train, ferry, subway and tram.

This identity suggestion used three different types of travel, train, bus and boat, to be represented in the brand symbol. These three elements came together to form an ‘E’ for Entur.

The colours were chosen to stand out from other competitors and give Entur an edge within the market.
